With the money raised and won through the OceanFirst Charity Challenge, the RRCA is hoping to provide free arts education to inner city youth.
Each organization gets to use the money its raised however it chooses.
The RRCA provides four gallery spaces that display a wide variety of art, which the respective artists can also sell. The exhibits change monthly. Each third Friday of the month, the RRCA serves as a hub for the Millville Glasstown Arts District's Third Friday event, featuring new art on display, artist receptions, live music, and more. This month Third Friday is April 21.
The RRCA partners with the community through schools and other non-profit organizations. Schools can set up field trips to a gallery, where students are taken on a tour and participate in a make and take art projects. The gallery also holds a summer art camp for children.
