South Jersey Veterans Clinic Serves Those Who Have Served

MILLVILLE, N.J. -

Connecting South Jersey Veterans with the services they deserve was the focus of an event in Millville on Wednesday, April 5th.

The Veterans Multi-Service Center hosted a veterans' benefits clinic at its High Street office. Representativeness from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) were on hand to help attendees understand the benefits afforded to them, which was an opportunity South Jersey veterans rarely get.

"This is a semi-annual event that we are able to provide here at our location," said Ryan McGoldrick, program manager, serving Southern New Jersey and Delaware, for Veterans Multi-Service Center. "It's by the generosity of our VA partners who are able to come here on site, and that's something that really is hard to come by in southern New Jersey—finding those VA representatives to be able to talk to them one on one, and get service at the point of contact, [which] can be challenging here."

Utility companies were also on hand at the event to help veterans with any service questions.

The Veterans Multi-Service Center has offices throughout South Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware and they exist to serve those who have served. For more information, you can visit their website.
