ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – Two TV chefs will be in attendance at the 2nd annual Atlantic City Food Truck Festival taking place in early June near the Boardwalk.

Celebrity Chef Brian Duffy, best known for his appearances on the Food Network and Spike TV’s Bar Rescue, and Meghan Gill, Hell's Kitchen season 14 winner and executive chef of the Gordon Ramsey Pub & Grille located in Caesars Atlantic City, are headlining the festival.

The two chefs will judge and choose the Atlantic City Food Truck Festival “Grand Champion,” who’ll receive a $500 cash prize sponsored and presented by Kimmie Shurig, aka Kimmie Kocktail, of the radio show 2 Chicks and a Chef, which airs on SNJ Today 99.9 FM. Those in attendance will also be able to cast their vote to determine the first-ever “People's Choice” Award with a cash prize of $250.

Both Duffy and Gill, with the assistance of some culinary students currently attending Atlantic Cape Community College culinary school, will also be hosting live cooking demonstrations at the event. Additionally, there will be live music, children's activities, a Tito's Handmade Vodka RV, a Stella Artois Airstream trailer, and outdoor premium wine, beer, and spirits garden.

The festival, produced and sponsored by 609 Event Productions and the Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City, will take place Saturday, June 3rd, and Sunday, June 4th, in Brighton Park located between the Claridge and the Boardwalk. The Atlantic City Food Truck Festival will benefit both The Community FoodBank of NJ and ACVets.org.

The food trucks in attendance range from American comfort foods to Asian fusion, and include Nick's Roast Beef, The Empanada Guy, Dump N Roll, Mama’s Meatballs, Mad Dog Morgan’s, and the Wahlburgers.
