Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers to Host Free Community Health Fairs

SALEM - Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers is marking National Health Center Week 2015 (NHCW) with Community Health Fairs as part of a weeklong campaign (August 9-15) to raise awareness about the mission and accomplishments of America’s Health Centers.
The NHCW Community Health Fairs will feature:

  • Free Immunizations (bring shot records)

  • Free Dental Screenings

  • Free Eye Exams

  • Free Blood Pressure and Sugar Screenings

  • Free Backpacks with Supplies for the First 100 Kids at Each Event

  • Drawing for a Free IPad

  • Free Food, Drinks, Moon Bounce, DJ, Face Painting

  • Local Vendors with Giveaways
