Washington Township High School and Middle School Students Attend Oktoberfest

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP – More than 100 Washington Township High School and middle school students attended the annual Oktoberfest celebration on Thursday, October 15th at Collingswood High School.
The event included German music, food, and arts and crafts activities that revolved around German culture. Students also danced at the event, led by Washington Township High School German Club President Nick Mammarelli. German teachers Angela Backer, Larry Burke, Jill Graham, Michael McCloskey, and Timothy Puffpaff all volunteered as chaperones for the event.
