VIDEO: New Workforce Building Opens at Cumberland County

CUMBERLAND COUNTY - A ribbon cutting for a new job services center at Cumberland County College took place earlier this week. The program is trying to make the job hunting process after graduation a whole lot easier.
The Center for Workforce and Economic Development is located on Cumberland County College's campus, but the services aren't just for college students. Job-seekers of all ages are invited to attend.
"We have soft skills training for individuals who might need to brush up on skills to get an employment opportunity," said Allison Spinelli, Executive Director. "We already have a number of job leads that are already available that individuals could take a look at and see if their skills meet the qualifications for that job. If you need assistance with a resume, we can assist with that."
Their offices are located at the Center for Workforce and Economic Development, and they're open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
