GALLOWAY - New Jersey's First African American Congresswoman, Bonnie Watson-Coleman was the keynote speaker at the 12th Annual Fannie Lou Hamer, Human and Civil Rights Symposium at Stockton University.
During the discussion, the Congresswoman asked the question, "race and social justice: do black lives matter?"
