VIDEO: Local Municipalities Receive Sandy Grant Funding

MILLVILLE - Another round of federal grants have gone out to help communities that are still recovering three years after Superstorm Sandy.
The essential services grants are funded by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Over the last 3 years, several South Jersey communities have received these grants to help sustain necessary services in their municipalities.
The money goes towards filling the gap between local government's revenue losses due to the storm, insurance payments, and other federal assistance programs.
