Woman from Vineland Wins Over $84,000 on MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES CLUB Season Two Premiere

VINELAND – A New Jersey Lottery player from Vineland, Doreen Riccio, was among a group of lottery players who won over $133,000 in prizes during the Season Two premiere of the MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB TV game show that aired this past weekend.
Riccio won $45,000 playing Block Party. She was then eligible for the “Go for a Million” game with a $1 million top prize. Riccio risked the Block Party game winnings to play for the million dollars prize and ended up with $84,500, which was split with the audience members in her section. Each member in the Wheelbarrow section received $2,347 and Riccio received $42,250.
"The MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES CLUB TV game show is a great show,” said Riccio. “I hope you are on for many years with high ratings! "The entire staff of the New Jersey Lottery and Scientific Games were incredible and I had the most joyous and significant time in my life and I will have it in my memory banks forever and ever.”
Another winner from the premiere episode was Christine Lynd, a student from Feasterville Trevose, PA, who played one of the “Local Games” on the MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB TV game and won $150. Other New Jersey Lottery players in the audience were: David A. Penicaro of Lafayette, Walter Squires of West Carteret, Steven S. Burt of Pittsgrove, Elaine Barnes of Rutherford, and Elwood E. Zoll, Jr. of Browns Mills.
The seven players were randomly selected after playing the MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB Lottery instant ticket game from the New Jersey Lottery and participating in its Second-Chance Drawing.
The New Jersey Lottery players were part of the TV game show studio audience, which was made up of lottery players from 16 states, including 15 where MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB Lottery instant game tickets were sold. TV game show contestants played a series of MONOPOLY-themed games, such as Community Chest, Ride the Rails, and Electric Company.
Actor Billy Gardell served as the host of the show, which was taped in Las Vegas.
