VIDEO: Galloway Man Charged with Impersonating Military


GALLOWAY - A 25-year-old Galloway man was arrested for impersonating military personnel near the base of the 177th fighter wing.
Police say that Michael Porter identified himself as a member of the U.S. Army Military Police Airbourne. He dressed in a military uniform and was in possession of a portable radio capable of receiving transmissions from police departments and emergency dispatch centers. He even had a pair of handcuffs.
Porter was charged with impersonating military personnel and taken to the Atlantic County Jail.
