MILLVILLE - SNJ Today is helping Boy Scout Troop #36 in the efforts to provide food to St. Vincent de Paul in Vineland.
Scouting for food is an annual food collection coordinated by Scouts from the National Capital Area Council. The Cub Scout packs, Boy Scout troops, Venturing crews, and Sea Scout ships distribute food donation bags to homes then collect them one week later. When the scouts return to collect the bags, they are filled with food to distribute to needy families.
SNJ Today will be placing a collection box in the front lobby and G Street lobby from Tuesday, November 10th to Friday, November 20th in order to collect donations for the cause. The most highly needed items are as follows:

  • Non-perishable food items
