Millville Soccer Association U12 Team Recognized as Second Best in State

LAWRENCEVILLE – The Millville Soccer Association girls teams game results:
U9 Girls
The Millville Blaze won a game against Marlton White Lightening on Saturday, November 7th. Taylor Knoop and Kalli Knoop assisted Natalie Burkhart while Emily Kuka and Bella Musey split time in goal.
U12 Girls
The Millville Pride competed in the final rounds of the U12 NJ Youth Soccer State Cup last weekend in Lawrenceville. The girls played against the top teams in the state including the NJ Wildcats from Long Branch on Saturday, November 7th. Trista Cleaves defended her goal with several saves throughout the game and Mary Greco hit a ball to the far post to seal a one to zero victory for Millville.
The Pride faced the NJ Crush Fire from Franklin Lakes on Sunday, November 8th. Millville lost the game, zero to one, but their skills were recognized by the Director of NJ Youth Soccer as the 2nd best U12 8v8 team in the State.
