Chuck has a big heart and cares about people,” said John Nurnberger, President of the Board of Help & Hope Ministries and minister of the First Presbyterian Church. “I’ve seen that caring in the different work he’s done such as advising students at Rowan, and I see his caring happen in two ways at Help & Hope.  He cares about the volunteers and does things to recognize their efforts, and he cares about the people in the community who are in need of food.”
