VIDEO: U.S. Coast Guard Air Station in Atlantic City Gives Thanks


ATLANTIC CITY - The United States Coast Guard Air Station in Atlantic City serves the South Jersey community throughout the year, but now they would like to thank us.
"Coast Guard Air Station Atlantic City would like to thank the South Jersey community for their amazing continued support," said Cmdr. Sean O'Brien.
Commander Sean O'Brien is the Executive Officer of the air station and says that his unit's partnership with the community is essential.
2015 was a successful year for the air station. Crew members saved 40 lives, responded to 150 search and rescue cases, and conducted 145,000 maintenance labor hours.
