VIDEO: Opportunities to Donate Toys in Gloucester Township

GLOUCESTER COUNTY - Santa Claus is getting a little extra help from some unlikely Christmas elves this year, as one South Jersey police station turns stolen goods into good deeds this holiday season.
The Gloucester Township Police Department donated seven portable DVD players, two-star wars Lego kits, and a Lone Ranger Lego kit to the Gloucester Township Mayor's annual Toys for Tots campaign.
The unclaimed property was recovered by officers during various criminal investigations. After many attempts, the owners of the items were never identified, so the brand new toys and electronics will now go to brighten the holidays for area needy families.
If you have toys that you're looking to give away, the Deptford Mall and Nemours duPont Pediatrics is teaming up with the Mayor's Annual Toy Drive to help local families in need.
Bring an unwrapped toy to Santa’s headquarters in the Deptford Mall now until Sunday, December 13th.
While you're at the mall, you can also take a look into Santa’s workshop, experience elf-ray vision with an app, and take a photo or two.
