Last Meeting to be Held for Those Interested in Attending New High School

BRIDGETON - Cumberland County's eighth-grade students interested in applying to the Cumberland County Technical Education Center's new high school, opening in September 2016, are encouraged to attend the last information session being held Saturday, December 12th, at Cumberland County College’s Luciano Conference Center.
The school's career and technical education programs are open to all residents of the County who are enrolled as eighth-graders for the 2015/2016 school year. The new Cumberland County Technical Education Center high school will open with 225 freshmen students each year beginning next year until 2019 when the total student population of 900 will be realized.
The information sessions were designed to provide interested applicants facts and directions for applying to the new full-time public high school where interested students will be able to enroll in college-level courses and/or pursue workforce-ready programs.
