VIDEO: Stockton University Announces New President

GALLOWAY - Stockton Univeristy officially has a new president.
Dr. Harvey Kesselman, who has been acting as Interim President of the university since July, will officially take the title.
The Former President, Dr. Herman Saatkamp, went out on medical leave in April and will officially retire. But there will be no golden parachute for Saatkamp, who oversaw the University's failed deal to turn a closed Atlantic City casino into a satellite campus. His separation agreement was approved by the board of trustees yesterday.
Saatkamp was President when Stockton bought the former Showboat Casino. But competing legal restrictions on what the building can be used for scrapped their plans.
Stockton is now selling the building to Philadelphia developer Bart Blatstein, and Kesselman will pick up where Saatkamp left off.
