VIDEO: Millville Tree Farm Open for Business this Holiday Season

MILLVILLE - It's time to start picking out a Christmas tree and that means big business for New Jersey's tree farms.
The Christmas trees at the Airport Tree Plantation in Millville are ready for the holiday season. This family-run farm, around since the 80s, has a wide selection to choose from, with an estimated 20,000 trees that you can cut yourself. That's just a drop in the bucket compared to the almost 70,000 Christmas trees that are cut in New Jersey every year.
"We give you a saw, and we give you a wagon, and you're on your own," said Robert Hamilton, Owner. "Nobody's trying to sell you this tree or that tree, you can walk around as long as you want. "
The State Department of Agriculture is also pushing New Jersey's home grown trees and supports a campaign called "Christmas Trees for New Jersey Military Families."
That program seeks to donate 100 trees to State National Guard members this year.
