Mercy Medical Angels Participates in Fourth Annual Giving Tuesday

NEW JERSEY - Mercy Medical Angels has announced that they will be partnering with #GivingTuesday to celebrate the holiday’s fourth year as a way to kick off the charitable giving season.
Mercy Medical Angels is a charitable medical transportation system that helps to ensure that no one in need is denied access to specialized medical treatments due to income or lack of transportation. They have been offering gas cards, bus, train, and airline tickets to those in need, including veterans, since 1972, serving nearly 156, 000 trips and over 100 million miles.
Participating in #GivingTuesday seems to the perfect matchup as the holiday focuses on the community by promoting an international day of giving just before the holiday season. To celebrate Mercy Medical has started a crowd funding campaign where donations of as little as $30 can make a difference. Donations are being accepted via IndieGoGo’s Generosity fundraising page at found by clicking this link.
