Christie Orders Flags in New Jersey Lowered for Nancy Reagan

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — Gov. Chris Christie has ordered flags on all state government buildings in New Jersey on Friday to fly at half-staff in honor of Nancy Reagan.
President Ronald Reagan's widow and former first lady died Sunday at the age of 94.
In a statement released Tuesday, Christie said "Nancy Reagan was the rock behind one of the greatest leaders of our time." Christie said she served as her husband's protector and confidant.
First lady Michelle Obama will attend Mrs. Reagan's funeral on Friday at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California.
