Mutliple Shootings Reported in Egg Harbor Township

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) — State police say four men and a teenage boy have been charged in a shootout on a New Jersey highway that left one man dead and four suspects injured.
They also are looking for a pickup truck that may have been involved in the shooting Monday afternoon on the Atlantic City Expressway in Egg Harbor Township.
Rosemund Octavius, a 22-year-old Egg Harbor Township resident, was killed.
Authorities say Octavius was a passenger in a car driven by 24-year-old Anthony Hicks. The Mays Landing man wasn't injured but does face weapons charges that were announced Tuesday.
Three men and a 16-year-old boy in an SUV were also shot and wounded during the incident. They all face weapons charges.
Authorities say the investigation is ongoing and more charges could be filed.

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, N.J. – A shootout on a New Jersey highway has left one person dead and four others hurt.
Police say they received reports of a shooting on the Atlantic City Expressway on Monday around 3pm, followed by calls for medical assistance a few miles away on the Garden State Parkway and at a local WaWa.
Police were investigating an SUV covered with bullet holes in the parking lot of the WaWa near the old airport circle.There were bullet holes in the front windshield and on the passenger side door of the SUV.
One rear tire was completely gone and there were drag marks in the area.
Police were also investigating around a car on the side of the Garden State Parkway near mile marker 38 northbound.
Police say those wounded were taken to a hospital, but their conditions weren't immediately available.
