Video: Heroin Overdoses Increase in Camden

Camden appears to be at the center of a significant increase in recent heroin overdoses that are now spreading to surrounding areas.
Authorities in the city responded to at least 29 heroin overdoses this week alone.
An alert from the state police indicates that many of the overdoses occurred when people used free samples of heroin labeled with a Batman stamp.
While there were no reported fatalities from the overdoses, state police say the Batman heroin can be so dangerous that emergency personnel may need extra Narcan to reverse the overdose and revive a patient.
Authorities believe the drug has been sold over the past two weeks in Camden, but officials say problems with the drug have now spread to other parts of the state.
