Video: Two Siblings Sell Lemonade to Help Support Injured Police Officer

GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP, N.J. – Two siblings are showing support for an Atlantic City police officer and his family by selling lemonade and meatballs.
9-year-old Addison Kuppel of Galloway Township set up a lemonade stand after hearing about the police-involved shooting that left 29-year-old Joshlee Vadell critically injured over the weekend. After pictures were posted to social media, her trending lemonade stand caught the attention of the Galloway Township Police Department who stopped by to support the cause, and of course enjoy a refreshing drink.
On Monday, Kuppel raised nearly $250 selling lemonade that will be donated to the GoFundMe page set up for officer Vadell.
And even though Kuppel started school back up on Tuesday, she has not closed up shop just yet. After school, she and her brother opened the stand back up and added pasta and meatballs to the menu in an effort to raise more money.
