Police have arrested 25-year-old Wilbert Demosthene of Pleasantville who is now facing three weapons possession charges.

Back on August 29th, 22-year-old Rosemond Octavius was found dead in a car on the Garden State Parkway. The driver of that car, who was not shot, was put under arrest.
Three men and a 16-year-old boy were shot in a different car and drove to a nearby Wawa in Egg Harbor Township. They were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries and were later arrested.
