Video: Stockton's RHT Network Held Event to Improve Region's Workforce

GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP, N.J. – On Monday, businesses looking for the perfect employees had their needs heard thanks to the Retail, Hospitality, and Tourism Talent Network, or RHT Network, at Stockton Seaview Hotel and Golf Club.
The group gathered employers, educators and workforce development professionals for a targeted industry partnership event. The network, which is funded by a grant from the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, discussed hiring trends, workforce talent gaps, and needed skills.
"To begin the discussion to gather industry intelligence so that we can take that information to the department of labor so that our public workforce dollars are invested in resources based on business need," said Stacy Forman, Director of the RHT Network.
The RHT Network is based at Stockton University and is one of seven talent development networks in the state.
