WTHS DECA Chapter Donates $1,500 to the Seeing Eye Dog Organization
With the aid of Chipotle Restaurant, Liscio’s Bakery, and a staff dress down day, members of the Washington Township High School DECA chapter successfully raised $1,500 that will be added to a state-wide initiative to raise $24,000 for the Seeing Eye Dog Organization. “We are grateful to Chipotle, who helped us raise money, and Liscio’s, who donated a basket that we auctioned off, as well as all of our staff who supported us,” DECA Advisor Rosalyn Gill said. “As always, Township never fails to impress. The community truly helped us put our best paw forward. The organization helps train dogs to assist the area’s blind and visually impaired.
