Cumberland County to Host 2015 Winter Eagle Festival
On Saturday, February 7th, Cumberland County will play host to Eagle lovers, no not the Philadelphia Eagles, but the ones with a wingspan of up to 8 feet at the 2015 Cumberland County Winter Eagle Festival. From 8 am to 4 pm, the day event will feature speakers, trail walks, a live raptor exhibit, and activities for both adults and children. In addition five staffed viewing sites will be set up with scopes and access to birdwatching. The 2015 Cumberland County Winter Eagle Festival will be held at the Mauricetown Firehall located at 2544 Noble Street in Mauricetown. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under.
