Prank Turns NJ Exit Into "Clark Griswold"

Posted:
A holiday prank brought "a hap, hap, happiest Christmas" to the Garden State Parkway as someone changed the name of an exit sign.
The sign, which read for the cities of Clark and Westfield, was changed to give homage to the movie National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation as the prankster taped a sign over name of Westfield, replacing it to read Griswold. For a short period of time, exit 135 read Clark Griswold, the father played in the cult classic movie by Chevy Chase. The Turnpike Authority has removed sign.
