Bunker Hill Middle School Celebrates the Holidays with Assembly Program

Bunker Hill Middle School in Sewell used the afternoon on Monday, December 22nd to celebrate the first portion of the 2014-15 school year. The program featured festive songs, dances, relay races, an ugly sweater contest, and more.
It started with performances by the BHMS orchestra, band, and chorus. Included were songs in French, German, and Spanish, performed by students studying those languages. There was also a rousing performance of “All I Want for Christmas is You” by teacher Nancy Cecilio, a rendition of “Grandma Got Run over by a Reindeer” and by teacher Donna Flood. Bookkeeper Diane Holshue won the ugly sweater contest and teachers Iwan Balinge and Lexi Marioni came up victorious in a staff scooter race.
