12 VHS Seniors to Compete in Mr. Vineland Pagaent

12 Vineland High School seniors will vie for the title of Mr. Vineland 2014 when the annual pageant takes place on Thursday, January 15th.
The contestants were selected by female members of the senior class from more than two dozen applicants. The new Mr. Vineland will be chosen from a field of five finalists. Each contestant will be scored equally in the following areas: Casual attire, talent, and formal attire. The finalists will then answer a final question posed by host Charles Gaudio, a teacher at VHS North. The winner of the Mr. Vineland pageant will receive a crown, trophy, and the right to wear the Mr. Vineland sash.
Tickets for the contest are $5 and will be on sale until January 15th at the school. No tickets will be sold at the door. Calendars of the contestants will be sold at the door for $5. Funds raised at the event will help cover the cost of the senior prom.
The Mr. Vineland pageant will start at 7 pm in the auditorium of VHS South.
The contestants are:
Mr. January: Steven Tobolski plans to attend college and major in sports management. His hobbies include working, fishing, and enjoying life.
Mr. February: Anthony Sierra will major in chemical engineering. Sierra's hobbies include tumbling, dancing, reading, and watching Anime.
Mr. March: Andrew Vena hopes to attend college and major in entertainment law. Vena's hobbies include working, playing lacrosse, and "living on my own time".
Mr. April: Kyle Castellini will be pursuing a major in nursing. Castellini's hobbies include fishing and basketball.
Mr. May: Christopher Louis. After graduation, Louis plans to attend college.  Louis enjoys basketball.
Mr. June: Isaiah Ocasio plans to enlist in the Army Reserves and attend college where he will also wrestle on the collegiate level.  Ocasio's hobbies include wrestling, guitar, wrestling, cello, wrestling, and wrestling.
Mr. July: Ricardo Ramos plans to attend college and major in architecture. His goal is to have his own architectural firm. Ramos' hobbies include watching and playing sports, listening to music, drawing, watching movies, and spending time with his family.
Mr. August: Eric Petit intends to go to a four year college. Petit's hobbies include surfing, playing music, and researching reptiles.
Mr. September: Jared Martine intends to major in radiology. Martine's hobbies include kickboxing, photography, and swimming.
Mr. October: William Lunsford hopes to major in Theoretical Physics. Lunsford's hobbies include science, computer gaming, and playing the saxophone.
Mr. November: Donovan Bennett will be pursuing a major in criminal justice while playing football on the collegiate level. Bennett's hobbies include football and playing the drums.
Mr. December: Mohammad Kazmi plans to attend Cumberland County College and then Rutgers University. Kazmi's hobbies include basketball, cars, and spending time with friends.
