Vineland Public Library to Feature Exhibit by Artist Anne Reid

During the month of January, Vineland Public Library is featuring an exhibit called Seasons in Watercolor and Acrylics by artist Anne Reid in the Doris Tripp Room of the library.
The exhibit includes her original watercolor and acrylic paintings and most of the art will be available for purchase.
Anne, a graduate of Drexel University and a retired Home Economics teacher, enjoys painting in watercolor and acrylics, doing pencil drawings and photography. She finds each medium to have its own quality and method. Anne uses photography as both reference material for her paintings and as finished artwork.
She has studied painting with Alex Alampi, Tony Parisi, Bobbie Berg, Marie Natale, Charles Reid, Mel Stabin, and Michele Byrne. Her paintings, drawings, and photographs are exhibited regularly at many South Jersey Shows and she has won numerous awards for her work. Anne gives private lessons in both watercolor and acrylic painting.
Anne is a founding member of Salem County Art League, a member of Gloucester County Art League, Art Educators of Southern New Jersey, and Hammonton Art Center.
